Day of Service
Each year on the Inspirant Day of Service, all Unconsultants spend a fully-paid day giving back to the community by serving a non-profit organization in the Chicagoland area.
2021 Day of ServiceGreater Chicago Food Depository
The Repack session is a great introduction to the Greater Chicago Food Depository, the work they do, and the need that they see in Cook County. A lot of the food received at their warehouse comes in bulk quantities, and volunteers are scheduled to help break it down into more manageable sizes. In a Repack session you may sort produce, inspect and box shipments of bread, or repack bulk dry goods (pasta, rice, beans) into smaller quantities. Together, everyone can help properly and efficiently distribute quality food to participating food pantries, soup kitchens and shelters in Cook County.
2019 Day of ServiceErie House
On Monday, October 24th, 2019 Inspirant worked side by side with Erie House staff at one of the community centers. Inspirant got a little dirty cleaning the outdoor playground and cleaning and organizing the gym and all of the equipment.
After that was all done, we got to interact with the kids: reading, helping with daily assignments, and playing games.

2018/2019 Day of ServiceDistrict 23 EPTO Outing
In September each year, the D23 EPTO Outing brings about 80+ people for a day of fun, fellowship, and good golf supporting Prospect Heights district 23 schools.
Inspirant sponsors a hole and we go out and try to stay as close to par as possible.
